The Harley Quinn costume comes with a pull over shirt that looks like a blouse. It has faux buttons up the front and a poly-foam collar. The shirt has patched glitter triangles, black on one side and red on the other. The puff sleeves are a tulle with little spots of glitter. The bottoms are a pair of faux denim shorts with attached red and black leggings. The belt ties around the waist and is a poly-foam belt with printed on studs. The wrist band is a poly-foam with printed studs on it as well. The mask is made from the soft foam as well in black, it also has an elastic band with velcro to keep on the face. Lastly if you don't feel like wearing a wig (if you do then search for it!) there are two long pieces of faux hair in red and blue with a little comb to insert into the hair.
