This is a classic steampunk Bowler Hat. The hat has black crushed velvet material with a rounded top. There is a black ribbon with a flat type bow on the side. It also features an elastic cotton sweat band. Fits 57 - 60cm (23 inch) heads.
The bowler had would be the perfect fit to finish off your steampunk outfit or as a turn of the century character.
