Take a walk down Sesame Street with all the characters, Elmo, Big Bird, Cookie Monster and lots of others. This is a cute lovable Elmo costume.
The costume is an A-line dress with an elastic waist and thick shoulder straps. The skirt and front of the dress is a soft shiny shaggy red material, the back is a nylon stretch. The front of the dress has an orange stripe of velvet like material across the front with a large attached bow. The costume comes with a clear headband with an attached fur and a plastic Elmo face. The thigh highs are red with an orange bow on top.
