This beautiful 20s flapper costume slips over the head for easy on and off. The dress is made with a panne crushed black velvet fabric in a tank style top. Down the front is a deep V lace overlay piece with black and silver sequins lining the V and going straight up into the straps. Coming over the shoulders there is a fringed band with more sequins. At the dropped waist there is a black lace overlay attached belt with fun rhinestone buckle. The skirt has two layers of fun fringe as well. There is a long faux pearl necklace that you can tie in a knot or wrap around twice. Included is a black stretch sequined headpiece with large red rhinestone and black feather to attach.
