The Toddler Silly Scarecrow costume has a long sleeved red plaid shirt. It has elastic around the waist and cuffs. The hem and cuffs of the shirt trails off into tatters. The cuffs also have light brown strands that look like straw attached. Attached to the shirt is a soft rope belt that can be tied in the front. The pants are blue and have elastic at cuffs as well. The left leg has a patch of burlap patterned material sewn onto it. The costume includes a hood of the burlap patterned material that fastens in the back with Velcro. There is more of the straw like brown fringe along the front edge of the hood. A brown poly-foam hat is also included with the costume. The hat is pointed and has a wide brim. More of the straw like fringe is sewn onto the hat and sits to the side of the face.
