This elegant costume is an all in one, over the head style dress and is accented with gold ribbon on the front.  The dress has an elastic back making it easy and flexible to put on and take off.  The dress is held up by two over the shoulder straps that have elastics sewn inside them.  The bottom of the dress is a tut-like fabric accented to each other in three different colours, while the back of the dress has the soft and pillow like wings sewn into it.  The headband is rope like with a soft felt like feel on the inside, where the outside has faux gold strung throughout.  It closes with an elastic Velcro band and has lots of extra flexibility.
