The Betty Lou Diner Gal costume is a great teal colour dress with elastic at the waist to give this costume some shape. On one side of the chest is printed Betty Lou in black. Three black velvet buttons are attached down the front. The sleeve cuffs and the collar are made from a fun black and white checkered print. The skirt has some puff with a black crinoline attached underneath. It is trimmed with a plain black ruffle and the checkered pattern underneath. The apron is separate and ties in the back. It has a usable pocket (put your notepad and pencil in!) and has the same checkered pattern trim. The hat matches the dress and has elastic band hoops to pin into your hair with.
