This is a three-piece costume with a bodysuit, headband and collar. The bodysuit is leopard print patterned and stretchy. It has a scoop neckline and fastens in the back with Velcro. There is a keyhole cutout in the back and by the bottom of the cutout is a plush tail with adjustable wire inside. The pants and sleeves are long and cover the body up to the hands and feet. The ears are stiff cat ears on an animal-print covered headband. The collar is black ribbon with Velcro and a large plastic red heart dangling from it.
