This is a creepy Rag Doll boy costume that could be a dark version of Raggedy Andy, the brother of the popular character Raggedy Ann.
The Rag Doll costume features stretchy black pants that are capri length with green patches and a jagged fringe at the bottom. There are two big red buttons on the front, just under the elastic waist, and rope suspenders attached to the sides. The shirt is green with lighter green squares all over it. There are tie dye blue patches on each bicep and rope sewn through the bottom of the patch to the shirt. The shirt has a jagged fringe as well. The collar of the shirt is a sailors style collar and is tan with red smears on it. There is a skull detail at the neck, imitating a broach. There is also a black and grey toque with red string hair attached.
