This Harley Quinn costume comes with a one piece dress with clear straps and off the shoulder sleeves. This sexier version of her costume has a sweetheart neckline with white satin ruffles edging it. The back has an elastic to help keep the shape. The hem of the dress also has the same ruffled trim. The fabric is a stretchy material in the classic red and black opposite pattern. On the bottom of either side is a red or black screen printed diamonds as well as two on each off the shoulder sleeve. **When measured in store the underbust can be stretched out to 38". The thigh highs are respectively red and black with elastic at the top and bottom to stay in place. The fingerless gloves have the white ruffle trim on them. The mask is a simple back foam with elastic for ease of wear. The black headband has two 'jester' points with white pom pom on the end.
