It's a pullover top that velcroes at the back and neck. The tie has black question marks all over it. The hat you get with it is a solid bowler. It's green with a black band around it, and a black question mark on the front. You also get an eye mask with your Riddler costume. It's black polyfoam with elastic that velcroes behind your head.
