This is a Bubbles the clown costume. This is a great Halloween classic. This is a two-piece costume with a jumpsuit and hat. Velcro. There is a ruffled clown collar and the suit is made of stretchy material. The cuffs of the sleeves and hem of the pants are elasticized. Down the front of the suit are two puffy pom-poms attached like buttons. The hat is a floppy clown cap with a pom-pom on the top. This costume is perfect a circus or carnival-themed costume party.
