This well known super villain Scarlet Overkill is whom the Minions are drawn to work for in the fun movie Minions. This is her officially licensed costume.

The Scarlet Overkill costume comes with a beautiful red velvet dress that slips over the head. It is strapless with elastic to help keep it up. The bodice has three panels. A velvet attached belt breaks up the two pieces. The skirt is longer and has a bit of flow. A black pair of satin-like gloves sit above the elbow. Also included is a black stretch choker that velcros closed.
