The top half is made with a soft and fuzzy green material, with long sleeves and velcros in the back. Attached to the bottom is Oscar's garbage can with a hoop as well as another at the bottom of the can. The can itself is made of a nylon material and is printed to look like his garbage can with two handles and a fun SCRAM sign. Slimy the Worm also makes an appearance at the top of the garbage can. Your face becomes the mouth with the stuffed headpiece and it velcros under the chin. It is made with the same fuzzy material as the shirt. It has felt eyes and brown fuzzy hair for his eyebrows.
