This Empress costume is a long dress with an empire style waist underneath the bust with elastic ruching. A rhinestone pin is pinned in the middle, creating a focus point at the smallest area. The 'jacket' overlay is a lovely lighter blue colour with crushed velvet fabric. It is edged in a lovely gold trim and a darker gold satin ribbon lining. The ribbon leads up to the attached gold cape. The Juliet style sleeves feature a puff top with gold embellished trim. The 'underneath dress is a simple off white fabric with a ruched top at the bodice. The half crown is made of a movable plastic with detailing and orange rhinestones. It has a stretchy elastic to place it on the head.
