1. Order Placement and Cancellation

By placing an order with The Costume Shoppe, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Once your order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified in any capacity, and your sale is considered final.

We take pride in offering brand-new products to our customers. Please be aware that we do not accept any refunds or exchanges of any kind once a product has been purchased. All sales are considered final, and we encourage you to thoroughly review your order before completing the purchase.

 

3. Shipment and Carrier Responsibility

The Costume Shoppe utilizes third-party carriers for order delivery. Once your order leaves our store and is handed over to the carrier, we relinquish control over the shipment. Any delays, damages, or issues that may occur during transit are the sole responsibility of the carrier. We will, however, make every effort to assist you in tracking and resolving any shipment-related problems to the best of our abilities.

 

Please note that we are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items once they are in the possession of the carrier. We recommend that you review the carrier's terms and conditions for further information on their policies and procedures regarding shipment and delivery.
