When you place an order with us during our business hours and before our designated cut-off time of 2:00PM - Mountain Time, you can expect your order to be shipped on the same day. Estimated Delivery Times

We want you to be informed about the estimated delivery times for your order.  As a generalized rule of thumb from our Online Enterprise Manager, "We can get most items to most places within 1 to 7 Business Days".  And if you would like a more accurate estimate, we welcome you to contact us and we will be happy to quote the shipment for you.

 

Accountability for Shipments

While we do everything in our power to ensure timely shipping and delivery, it's important to note that - like many other businesses -The Costume Shoppe utilizes third-party carriers for order delivery.

Once your order leaves our store and is handed over to the carrier, we relinquish control over the shipment. Any delays, damages, or issues that may occur during transit are the sole responsibility of the carrier. We will, however, make every effort to assist you in tracking and resolving any shipment-related problems to the best of our abilities.
