This is a Little Rad Riding costume. No big bad wolf is going to pick a fight with this little punker. This is a four-piece costume with a dress, leggings, belt and bracelet. The dress has an attached shrug with hood. The torso and shrug are soft velveteen and the sleeves are distressed fishnet mesh. The hoodie shrug has short puffed sleeves with bow adornments. There is ruffled trim along the opening and black ribbon ties up to fasten it close. There is also a heart with skull and cross-bones printed on. The skirt is a layer of plain ruffled mesh and a layer under that of a ruffled slip with mesh trim. The leggings are fishnet footless tights.
