This is a four-piece Referee costume with a suit, hat, whistle and flag. The body suit is a shirt with attached pants. The shirt is black and white stripes with short sleeves, a v-neck and a collar. The back of the shirt opens up to put the suit on and ties up. Around the waist where the shirt attaches to the pants is a wire that gives the image of a wider waist. The pants are white and the bottoms are elasticized. The hat is a poly-foam baseball cap with an opening at the back that is elastic so it is adjustable to your head. The whistle is black plastic and is attached to a string that goes around your neck. The flag is a bright yellow swatch of fabric.
