The coat is long and black and buttons up in the front. The pants are long and have an elastic waistband. The shirtfront is a white top that ties around the waist and fastens around the neck with Velcro. The stand-up collar has an attached colonel tie. The stovepipe hat is collapsible and has foam interfacing to hold its shape.
