This outrageous smile is a latex appliance moulded with a giant smile with brown painted teeth and pink gums and lips. It is not gory in how it is moulded, so you could turn this smile into a joker or something crazy instead of bloody.

This latex appliance will need spirit gum to apply and blending makeup for a seamless effect. If you are turning it gory, no need to blend. If you want bleeding zombie look, use blood gel for a wet coagulated look or FX blood with a stipple sponge for thin bleeding or splatter effect.
