This is a groovy hippie dress. Wear this for a 60s flower child look for Halloween. This is a four-piece costume with a dress with attached vest, headband, boot covers and assorted flower pins. The dress is tie-dye with a scoop neckline and short, flared sleeves. The dress has peace signs and flower symbols adorning it. The attached vest has fringe along the hem and flowers and peace signs on it. It fastens close in the front with Velcro. The boot covers matched the vest with the same fringe and designs. They are an adjustable fit with drawstrings to fasten around the calf. The bottoms are elasticized around the foot. The headband is elasticized and has daisy flower decorations. There are three flower pins to attach to the costume as you like. Get your groove on and peace out in this costume for a retro costume party.
