This is a cute dress with a hi-lo skirt, longer in the back. The skirt trimmed with belt straps and buckles along the skirt and corset top. The bust has an adjustable string that laces up the front for a perfect fit. The dress has puffy sleeves and attached collar, both with ruffle trim. Matching brown glovelettes with buckles are also included.  A brown collapsible top hat made out of the same brown velvety material is included and has a fake corset front detail and an organza scarf. Bronze coloured goggles come with it but can’t be seen through. The industrial looking goggles are a decoration and more for sitting on your head.
