The Warlord Skull cape is not a heavy cape. It is a lightweight, brown fabric with unfinished, but straight hems. On the shoulders is a faux fur pelt in brown as well. There are two plastic skulls that are attached to either side of the cape. These two skulls are attached by silver plastic chain link so the cape will slip over the head.
