The Virgin Mary costume includes a dress with an attached cape and a headpiece. The dress is a beige colour and printed with a pattern that looks like roughly woven fabric. The dress is sleeveless and has an elastic waistband. The dress fastens at the back of the neck with Velcro. A light blue belt is attached to the dress and can be tied in the front. Attached to the shoulders of the dress is a short light blue cape. The cape has a gold trim along the edges in the front. The headpiece is made of the same material as the dress. It has an elastic band to keep it snugly on the head and a long flowing back.
