This dress is made out of a nylon material and has a straight top with clear straps. The dress is trimmed in shiny blue trim and has little metal piping inside on the bottom to help keep the shape of the skirt. The skirt is made of a shiny polyester and is slightly ruched. The top has Smurfette from The Smurfs movie screen printed on it.
