Returns Policy for Online Purchases
If for some reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within a few days of the receipt of your item and we will work with you to determine the best solution. To contact us about a return or exchange, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. You may return most new, unopened, unworn items within 10 days of delivery for exchange, credit or refund of the purchase price. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Shipping cost will not be refunded unless the return is initiated due to our error. Please note that items returned do not become or responsibility until received by us. We recommend that the goods are returned by a recorded delivery service (with a tracking number). Please note, we do NOT accept COD packages.
Are you in Calgary? You are welcome to return or exchange your purchase in our Calgary location.
Sale and discounted items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for exchange or refund.
No returns or exchanges of used or worn items.
Restocking Fee: Any multiple item (3 or more items) returns may incur a 10% re-stocking fee.
Free Shipping and Returns: Items returned, that had qualified for free shipping will be refunded the item price less the actual original shipping cost (unless the order still qualifies for free shipping)
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
