The dress is an icy blue and made from a satin material fabric and features a slit in the skirt, easier to bend down and hug the kids! The bodice has larger retangled sequins to give the costume some shine. A silver ribbon trim separates the bodice from the mesh covering neckline and turns into sleeves.
