This Cookie Monster costume is a blue plush dress with silvery tinsel in the material. The back of the dress is a blue stretchy fabric that Velcros in the back. The front has a white pleather belt sewn in with a big bow and a partially eaten cookie sewn unto it. The headpiece is a matching soft blue fabric with two big eyes that would perch on top of your head. Blue thigh high stockings with bows also included.
