This is a two-piece Witch costume with a dress and pointed hat. The dress is soft crushed velvet-like fabric you will love. The dress is stretchy and form-fitting and long. It has halter straps that tie up around the back of the neck. There are also two strips of fabric that tie up at the back, giving more definition to the waistline. Lines of elastic are sewn into the dress, gathering it up in places. There are two elastics that go down the front of the dress and one down the middle of the back. The hat is the same crushed velvet. It has interfacing so that the point of the hat keeps its shape. It also has wire lining along the brim.
